Payroll Advisor - South Liverpool - £30,000 - Maternity cover contract - start ASAP
Payroll Bureau Advisor Description:
A leading chartered accountancy practice, based in South Liverpool, is recruiting for an experienced Payroll Advisor to cover maternity leave for a 9 month period (with possibility for extension/permanent).
Joining a busy and high-performing team, you will be providing a first-class payroll service to a portfolio of clients.
The Payroll Bureau Advisor's responsibilities will include:
·Day to day administration of small to medium sized multiple client payrolls, with minimal supervision, ensuring all required deadlines are met
·Good knowledge of statutory payroll legislation and ability to process manual calculations as required
·Understanding of pension auto-enrolment compliance
·Liaising with HMRC and other 3rd parties

Payroll Bureau Advisor Essential Requirements:
·Strong knowledge of payroll systems. Sage payroll is essential.
·Previous experience gained within a payroll bureau is preferred, although complex/fast-paced industry payroll backgrounds also considered
·Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with clients confidently over the phone and email
