Accounts Manager / Partner Designate Description:

Vaisto Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, independent practice based in Wrexham, in the search for a Partner designate.

The firm offers the stability, client base and technical depth you'd expect from a mature firm, but with the autonomy, influence and work-life balance that are increasingly hard to find in larger, more corporate environments.

You will be joining as a senior, client-facing leader, with a clear succession plan.   This is a rare opportunity to move from Manager/Senior Manager into a true partner designate position, without having to bring a client following, or build a client base from scratch.

You will have strong post-qualification experience, and a solid general practice background, covering accounts, tax and advisory for OMB's/SME's.

Accounts Manager / Partner Designate Responsibilities:
·Working closely with the partner, working towards involvement in business strategy and decision making once established in the role
·Training and mentoring junior staff members and review of work produced by the team
·Client management and relationship building with established and new clients
·Workflow management, ensuring accounts and tax returns are produced to a high-standard, in a timely manner and to budget
·An interest in business development and networking would be beneficial
·Contribute to process improvement, technology adaption and quality standards
